## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责开发者和中小企业场景下智能 Agent 系统的设计、开发与优化；
- 结合 Lighthouse 与 OpenClaw 场景，参与 Agent 的部署、调优、评测与问题排查；
- 负责提示词、工具调用、交互流程与 Agent 技能设计，提升任务执行效果；
- 负责 RAG / Agentic RAG 及企业知识库接入与优化；
- 将大模型能力封装为可复用的工具与组件，沉淀 AI 应用能力；
- 编写技术文档，推动方案落地，并与产品、业务团队协作完成交付。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、软件工程等相关专业；
- 具备 1 年及以上大语言模型应用开发经验，有 Agent 或 RAG 项目经验；
- 理解提示词工程，能独立完成复杂场景的提示设计与优化；
- 熟悉 RAG 基本原理与实践流程；
- 熟练掌握 Python 或 JavaScript / TypeScript，具备良好的工程能力；
- 对 AI 技术有热情，具备抗压能力，具备良好的学习能力、逻辑思维和协作能力。
