## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责 WorkBuddy 开放生态的平台架构设计与研发，建设智能体与外部系统的连接能力，包括且不限于Agent/Skill/Connector/资料库等核心模块的开放能力；
- 设计并实现面向第三方开发者的SDK、API、文档示例、调试工具和开发者工作台；建设插件/Skill等不同智能体应用的安全规范、审核机制、版本管理、灰度发布和生态治理策略；
- 建设WorkBuddy Skill、专家等生态应用的评测机制，包括评测标准设计、测试集、完成度与安全性评估、效果分析，搭建自动化评测流程与质量准入体系，保障生态能力可用、可持续进化；
- 持续关注 AI Agent、MCP、Skill、A2A 等方向的前沿技术，并能转化为生态平台能力。 Requirements
- 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，拥有5年以上后台开发经验，并主导过复杂系统全生命周期研发；
- 了解OAuth2.0、A2A、MCP等技术体系；能够站在开发者视角设计贴合实际需求的开放平台系统；精通至少两种技术栈组合，如 TypeScript+Node.js+Python+React+Go，具备跨平台开发经验者优先；
- 具备对AI Agent 的基本架构与运行机制的理解，具备意图理解、上下文管理、工具调用、任务规划相关工程实践经验者优先；
- 深入理解软件开发生命周期，具备出色的技术方案规划能力，能够设计并开发符合 Clean Architecture/Domain-Driven Design 架构原则的系统，工程能力强；
- 强烈的 owner 意识，具备优秀的跨团队协同能力者优先。
