## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责3A 修仙 RPG游戏的整体体验把控；
- 包括但不限于世界观、探索、剧情、养成、战斗、数值、经济与商业化等；
- 统筹策划团队工作，管理任务排期、方案质量，协调跨部门推进开发。 Requirements 1.5年+游戏策划经验，有大世界RPG主策经验，有完整上线项目经验； 2.熟悉开放世界探索、RPG战斗、养成、数值体系，具备产品顶层架构能力； 3.熟悉Unity开发逻辑，能产出规范、可落地的策划方案与文档；
- 具备团队管理、项目统筹与跨部门协作能力，抗压性强、落地高效；
- 重度大世界RPG玩家，游戏阅历深，具备产品审美、创新思维与用户思维；
- 拥有修仙题材深度经验/国风大世界上线项目、爆款开放世界项目核心制作经验优先；

### 注
- 如有 NPC 自演绎相关游戏经验者优先。
