## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责引擎相关功能开发或修改，攻坚引擎底层疑难问题；
- 负责图形渲染效果开发和协助提升美术制作工艺；
- 优化引擎提高各模块的效果与性能；
- 负责游戏的卡顿、帧率、内存、功耗等性能问题的监控、分析、定位、解决，以及相关规范的制定、监督；
- 负责编辑器、工具链等开发和维护，为团队提供基础设施建设，提升研发效率和质量；
- 跟踪并研究最新的游戏引擎技术和趋势，将其应用到实际项目中，提升产品体验。 Requirements 1.2年以上UE引擎开发维护经验； 2.精通C++、数据结构、算法，了解操作系统、编译原理等基础知识； 3.掌握UE引擎至少一个模块的底层原理并具备修改能力； 4.熟悉UE引擎，具备扎实的数学和算法基础； 5.熟悉图形学，熟悉常用的GPU调试工具和方法； 6.熟悉游戏前沿技术，对技术有足够敏感度和学习自驱力；
- 有性能优化、对象管理、AI等经验者优先；
- 具备较强的沟通能力、执行力和责任心，善于团队协作。
