## Job description

### 统筹用户研究体系
- 规划并执行定性与定量用户研究项目，覆盖从概念验证、用户测试到上线后体验追踪的全生命周期；

### 深度数据分析
- 搭建并维护核心用户行为数据看板，挖掘数据背后的用户动机、痛点与行为模式，输出可落地的洞察报告；

### 市场与竞品洞察
- 具备全球视角，持续追踪中国戏市场趋势、竞品动态及玩家文化变迁，预判行业机会点；

### 赋能产品决策
- 联动策划、发行、运营团队，将洞察转化为具体的产品优化方案、发行策略及营销抓手，推动落地；

### 方法论沉淀
- 建立标准化的用户洞察流程与知识库，提升团队整体用研效率与质量。 Requirements 1.5年以上用户研究、数据分析或游戏策划经验，有游戏行业背景者优先； 2.深刻理解各项研究方法和游戏运营数据分析逻辑，具备带领专业研究团队开展洞察研究的能力； 3.具备优秀的逻辑推理与结构化思维能力，能从复杂现象中提炼核心结论； 4.能以英语作为工作语言。能无障碍阅读英文行业报告、撰写全英文研究报告，并与海外团队顺畅沟通协作； 5.热爱游戏，对玩家心理有敏锐感知；具备极强的跨部门沟通能力和项目推动力。
