## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 在技术上主导项目团队成员一起进行多模态大模型在游戏领域的研究与应用落地，熟悉AI大模型与多模态大模型等相关技术，包括但不限于提示词工程、模型微调、跨模态融合等技术；
- 从事多模态生成大模型的训练与加速算法研发，负责微调、强化训练、蒸馏加速、模型剪枝、轻量化模型设计与优化、快速模块算子设计、KV Cache等核心加速方向的算法研发；
- 负责将加速算法应用于多模态生成大模型，确保模型在推理延迟、显存占用等指标达到行业领先的技术水平；
- 跟进业界前沿的大模型训练与加速技术，快速迭代并落地创新加速方案，保障多模态生成大模型的工程化落地和商业化竞争力。 Requirements
- 计算机科学、人工智能或相关专业硕士及以上学历；
- 精通大规模模型训练范式，包括预训练（Pretraining）、监督微调（SFT）、多任务联合训练、蒸馏训练、后训练（如 RLHF/DPO 等），理解训练稳定性及效率优化方法，熟悉模型推理优化技术，有一定的实践经验；
- 具备优秀的编程能力，精通Python，熟练掌握PyTorch/TensorFlow等深度学习框架及常用工具链；
- 拥有扎实的机器学习基础，对深度学习、强化学习（RL）和大语言模型（LLM）有深刻理解，并具备实际的项目实践经验；
- 具备出色的沟通协作能力和抗压性，能够高效主导技术讨论输出有价值的方案并最终落地，并与团队共同推动项目成功。
