## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责 Agent 核心能力设计研发和平台建设，包括 插件框架、调试与评测工具链、可观测；
- 负责系统性能、推理效果、服务稳定性与 Agent 安全治理（Prompt Injection 防御、沙箱隔离、工具调用审计），确保 Agent 产品具备规模化落地条件；
- 负责Agent 、Skill等端到端观测、评测、诊断、优化的闭环评测体系；
- 持续追踪 Agent 领域前沿进展，评估并引入有潜力的技术方案，建立技术影响力。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，4年及以上开发经验，具备扎实的计算机基础和良好的代码能力，熟悉 Python / TypeScript / Go 中至少一种编程语言；
- 有 AI Agent 或 LLM 应用的实际开发和优化经验，熟悉主流 Agent 框架，深入理解 Agent运行核心机制；
- 负责评测体系架构和分层评测指标设计，具备 Badcase 归因与推动迭代能力；
- 具备评测体系建设经验，能设计分层评测指标，能对 Badcase 进行分析并推动迭代；
- 熟悉云原生、分布式系统等工程体系，能够独立完成系统设计、模块开发与系统优化；
- 理解 LLM 原理（Transformer、Attention 机制），熟悉主流推理框架（vLLM、SGLang等）。
