## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责《暗区突围》游戏中的场景设计。包括场景的设计图、气氛概念图、局外系统环境交互设计、游戏内商业化物品展示的环境包装支持；
- 保持项目风格一致性，根据需求与上下游环节协作，推进从创意到落地的整个流程；
- 与外包及子公司团队对接协作，把控设计的风格、细节、整体质量和效果；
- 与美术团队紧密合作，及时跟踪反馈或调整设计确保方案顺利推进。 Requirements
- 要具备优秀的美术素养，扎实的板绘功底，紧跟时代的设计思维与审美；
- 要非常熟悉Blender3D辅助原画设计流程，熟练的使用Blender，并且了解其动画功能可以制作简单的环境游览动画；
- 具备MattePainting能力，快速P图处理次级需求的能力；
- 有写实向FPS射击类游戏设计经验者优先，熟悉《暗区突围》项目的更优； 5.5年以上相关工作年限； 6.具备优秀的沟通能力和自我学习能力，有不断探索新事物的习惯。
