## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责腾讯支付业务板块中支付中后台的产品设计和能力构建，包括不限于对支付核心系统的账户管理、交易链路、业务场景、行业方案的设计和迭代工作；
- 负责对接、收集、分析和转化业务等多方需求，形成合规解决方案并推动落地；
- 负责对接公司内外部资源，沟通协调技术、法务、风控、政策、财务、BI等多个团队，驱动项目达成产品目标；
- 探索支付金融场景的新的产品形式及推动落地。 Requirements 1.5年及以上工作经验，其中有3年以上支付机构工作经验，对中后台产品有认知、有支付机构核心模块和支付合规经验的优先； 2.了解当今支付行业主流产品的支付业务流程，以及政策监管趋势，对行业发展有个人认知和判断； 3.积极主动，推动力强，具有良好的协调沟通能力、组织能力和项目管理能力； 4.

### 思维清晰缜密，责任心强，能承受较大的工作压力，有处理复杂事务的能力

；
- 对支付金融业务的商业模式、市场格局等有深度理解者优先。
