## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责QQ后台AI相关功能模块的设计与开发，包括但不限于Agent基础架构、聊天机器人、内容理解等场景；
- 与产品经理、算法团队紧密协作，将AI技术落地到QQ业务场景中，提升用户体验和运营效率；
- 参与后台系统架构设计，优化现有AI服务性能，确保高并发、低延迟的服务能力；
- 持续跟踪AI领域前沿技术，探索新技术在QQ场景中的创新应用；
- 编写高质量代码，参与代码评审，确保系统的可维护性和稳定性。 Requirements
- 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上后台开发经验，有AI应用开发经验优先；
- 熟练掌握C++/Java/Go等至少一种后端开发语言，熟悉常用数据结构和算法；
- 熟悉分布式系统、微服务架构，有高并发、大规模服务开发经验；
- 具备扎实的计算机基础，熟悉网络协议、数据库（MySQL/Redis等）及缓存技术；
- 良好的逻辑思维能力和问题解决能力，能独立分析和解决复杂技术问题；
- 优秀的沟通协作能力，能跨团队高效推动项目进展；
- 对AI技术有热情，愿意探索AI与社交产品的结合点。
