## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 能够处理较为简单清晰的动效效果表现，并能进准控制各个控件的状态以方便蓝图布局；
- 对UE引擎内材质应用有理解，熟悉UE材质系统；
- 能够使用UMG控件开发各类型UMG界面并且对各机型的适配处理。并能基于UX交互逻辑实现其功能性的美术表现；
- 能够清晰准确的对资产进行有效的性能向优化，并可编写项目文档、优化实现规范和落地效率；
- 对接外部CP，沟通资产内容和蓝图控件的调整合入。 Requirements
- 两年以上相关从业经验。动画、特效设计类相关专业优先；较强的美术功底和素养，善于沟通与传达，能清晰的表达设计逻辑；
- 审美良好，有一定的游戏U视觉基础，具备基础交互思维；
- 有较强的逻辑思维和自学能力，有热情，善于沟通，能够承担一定的工作压力；
- 熟练掌握Photoshop，AE等工具软件。熟悉figma更加；
- 有UE4或者U3D引擎经验者优先。
