## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责游戏服务器后端架构设计与核心功能开发；
- 实现高并发、低延迟的游戏逻辑处理与数据同步方案；
- 与策划、客户端开发团队紧密协作，确保系统设计符合游戏需求；
- 优化服务器性能与资源利用率，保障大规模玩家在线体验；
- 持续迭代维护现有系统，快速定位并解决线上技术问题。 Requirements
- 熟悉C++/Go至少一种后端语言，熟悉常用数据结构与算法，熟悉Linux下服务开发；
- 深入理解分布式系统原理，有高并发、实时通信系统开发经验；
- 有强烈的责任心与团队合作精神，良好的问题分析解决能力，善于沟通；
- 热爱游戏，自驱力强，乐于探索。
