## Job description

### Responsibilities

1.设计微信小程序智能体（Agent）的质量评测方法学，建立可量化、可追踪的评测指标体系； 2.沉淀评测数据集与 benchmark，跟踪小程序智能体质量演进趋势，输出研究结论反哺评测规则与阈值设定。 Requirements
- 对大语言模型与智能体（Agent）的运作机制有深入理解，熟悉多轮交互、工具调用/MCP、规划与推理的常用范式；
- 熟悉 LLM/Agent 评测方法学，了解 LLM-as-Judge、人工评估对齐、评测一致性与显著性度量等，有评测脚手架或 benchmark 构建经验；
- 具备扎实的统计学与数据分析基础，能独立完成评测指标设计、误差分析与结论显著性验证；
- 大量阅读过 LLM/Agent 评测、对齐、可解释性等方向论文，熟悉学术界和业界主要进展；
- 优秀的逻辑思维能力和问题解决能力，良好的团队协作和沟通能力。
