## Job description

Responsibilities

一、DCI骨干网络日常运营与稳定性保障 1. 负责全球DCI互联互联网络的日常运维、变更上线、巡检值守、故障应急处置； 2. 承接全网DCI链路拥塞、丢包、时延抖动、路由震荡、跨区流量异常等疑难问题定位根治，保障99.99%+网络可用性；

### 二、持续网络优化

1. 负责DCI网络带宽、路由、分区、组网架构持续优化，参与大网分层分区、路由收敛、QoS调度、跨活容灾方案落地； 2. 主导老旧DCI架构迭代、组网标准化、高可用方案升级。

三、网络变更、割接与项目交付 1. 负责DCI网络新建、扩容、迁移、割接、下线等全流程变更方案制定、评审、落地、回演； 2. 规范变更流程，把控变更风险，实现低风险、零重大事故的常态化变更交付。

四、故障治理、SLA体系与复盘建设
- 负责DCI网络各类故障的根因分析、复盘、整改落地，建立故障知识库与典型案例库；

### 持续推进稳定性治理
- 路由震荡治理、链路误斩、拥塞常态化、跨区时延劣化、设备单点风险等专项优化；
- 完善DCI网络SLA指标体系、监控体系、告警收敛机制，降低误报、漏报、晚报。

### 五、自动化运营与工具赋能

1. 基于自动化系统实现DCI配置巡检、流量统计、配置备份、变更校验、故障自动定位； 2. 配合网络中台、自动化平台建设，推进DCI运维标准化、自动化、可视化，提升运维效率。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，5年以上大型互联网/云厂商骨干网络、DCI跨中心网络运营经验；
- 精通TCP/IP、路由协议（BGP/OSPF等）、MPLS、SRv6、路由策略；
- 精通DCI跨数据中心互联架构、专线/波分互联、高可靠性网络网络设计；
- 熟练掌握HAIWEI、H3C、Cisco、Juniper等主流高端数通设备软硬件架构及配置与排障；
- 具备独立处理重大网络故障能力，可快速定位路由震荡、跨区丢包、链路拥塞、流量调度异常等复杂问题，具备专项治理与架构优化落地经验；
- 熟练使用Python/Shell脚本及常见AI工具、监控体系、网络日志分析工具，可独立完成运维自动化脚本与巡检工具开发；
