## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责腾讯微云用户规模增长，提升新增、活跃、留存及核心功能渗透；
- 负责会员收入增长，优化付费转化、续费及用户生命周期价值；
- 基于数据和用户洞察制定增长策略，推动产品机制及运营方案落地；
- 独立操盘重点项目，协调产品、研发、渠道等资源，对业务结果负责。 Requirements 1.3年以上互联网产品运营、增长运营或商业化运营经验； 2.有完整的产品操盘经验及可量化的用户或收入增长成果； 3.兼具产品思维、商业意识和数据分析能力； 4.结果导向，具备较强的跨团队推动能力；
- 有工具、网盘或会员订阅产品经验者优先。
