## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 参与视频号内容生态建设，发现并定性用户消费体验和创作者生态中的核心问题；
- 了解内容平台，熟悉推荐分发机制，制定并落地生态治理策略和流量调控策略，对视频号内容质量、生态健康度负责；
- 有良好的内容体感，对数据和反馈敏感，发现内容和人群增长机会点，做好正向内容生态理解和增长；
- 熟悉内容理解AI模型训练方法和应用场景，协同算法、研发、数据、审核团队，搭建完善的生态问题优化链路。 Requirements 1.2年以上内容平台策略运营经验，有内容安全/生态治理项目经验者优先； 2.具备SQL等数据分析能力，熟悉内容理解模型训练方法； 3.了解内容行业，能快速判断内容价值与风险，熟悉视频号产品； 4.具备跨部门协同经验，有良好的逻辑思维和沟通能力，可以推动事情解决。
