## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责QQ经典农场手游小程序的游戏玩法设计与创新，提升游戏趣味性和用户粘性；
- 主导游戏系统模块的设计与优化，确保各系统间的逻辑自洽与用户体验流畅；
- 制定版本迭代计划并推进落地，协调美术、程序等团队完成开发目标；
- 分析用户行为数据与反馈，持续优化游戏数值平衡与核心循环；
- 参与竞品分析与市场调研，为产品差异化设计提供策略支持。 Requirements 1.2年以上游戏策划经验，至少完整参与过1款成功上线的模拟经营类游戏项目； 2.熟悉模拟经营品类的核心玩法框架与用户需求，具备系统设计能力； 3.优秀的逻辑思维与数值敏感度，能独立完成玩法原型设计与文档输出； 4.具备版本规划能力，能有效协调跨部门资源推动项目进度； 5.热爱游戏行业，对QQ农场等经典IP有情怀或深入理解。
