## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责腾讯金融云资管行业的售前拓展支持，与销售团队配合共同完成资管行业的业绩KPI，并持续深耕资管行业，输出面向资管行业的行业解决方案，维护和逐步提升行业客户满意度；
- 为资管行业客户和合作伙伴提供云服务业务及技术架构咨询服务，根据腾讯云的整体架构，结合行业发展趋势，制定面向资管行业有竞争力的云解决方案；
- 负责证券、基金、信托、保险资管、银行理财、私募等项目的需求分析、方案设计、云化的规划设计、应用迁移和数据迁移等设计工作； 支持业务团队进行售前工作，全程跟踪完成项目招投标，并配合相关的售中/售后等相关业务工作。 Requirements
- 本科以上学历，5年以上的金融科技从业经历，并具备成熟的团队管理经验。对云服务相关的架构有较深入理解；
- 熟悉资管行业（包括证券、基金、信托、保险资管、银行理财、私募等）业务架构、行业发展趋势，IT发展趋势及监管要求；
- 具备优秀的文档能力，清晰明了地表达架构意图，能够熟练编写各类技术文档；
- 具备良好的沟通、协调及资源整合能力；
- 具有丰富的金融行业科技咨询经验；
- 具备较强的沟通交流能力和高度的团队合作精神，具备较强组织协调能力；
- 极强的问题解决能力，习惯于寻找创新方法来达成目标；
- 学习能力强，抗压能力强，需要并行支持多个项目；
- 具有丰富的金融行业咨询经验； 通过腾讯云技术认证或同等资格认证的优先录取。 通过腾讯云从业资格证或同等资格认证的优先录。
