## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 拓展并维护腾讯游戏各重点项目与海外主要平台渠道的商业合作关系；发掘，协调并落地多元化的业务和合作模式，负责资源整合及合作谈判的落地执行；
- 实时关注并跟进主要平台的战略与政策动向，并及时做出相关汇报、研究，并输出合作建议；
- 负责腾讯内部跨团队之间的项目沟通和推进，进行必要的流程搭建，例如梳理游戏市场规划和运营活动，定时监控平台推荐效果、追踪竞品数据等，为海外合作、发行，及运营团队的发展决策提供指引；
- 定期梳理海外行业的洞察研究和市场分析，为部门积淀行业经验和知识储备，包括游戏赛道分析、投资逻辑、发行和买量渠道、技术趋势等。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，有商务拓展、BI分析与游戏数据分析相关经验优先，有游戏、互联网或咨询领域工作经验者优先；
- 中英文流利，英语需作为工作语言；善于跨文化协作，有海外工作或生活经验者优先；
- 自我驱动能力强，能主动推进目标达成，具备高度责任感与结果导向意识。
