## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责HR领域大模型及AI Agent在业务场景中的应用落地，牵头重点AI项目的方案设计、推进交付、效果优化与持续迭代；
- 负责HR领域业务系统的AI原子能力建设，推动相关能力标准化、组件化沉淀，并支持不同业务场景复用；
- 跟进AI领域前沿技术，评估并引入适配的技术方案，推动其在实际项目中落地。 Requirements
- 计算机相关专业，本科及以上学历，具备AI应用开发或相关项目经验；
- 精通python、java、go等至少一门以上的开发语言；
- 有AI工程化项目经验，包括但不限于RAG、模型微调、Agent编排或工具调用等；
- 具备较强的业务理解、问题抽象和解决能力，能够将业务需求转化为可落地、可复用的AI技术方案；
- 具备良好的项目推动、沟通协作和学习能力，对AI技术与业务场景的结合保持热情。
