## Job description

### Agent 场景搜索算法研发
- 负责Agent 场景下的小程序搜索算法全链路研发，覆盖 Query 理解、多路召回、粗排、精排、重排等核心模块，构建面向 Agent 意图驱动的新一代搜索系统；

### 大模型与搜索深度融合
- 负责大模型在搜索场景的落地与优化，包括但不限于： Query 改写模型的微调（SFT）与蒸馏；领域 Embedding 后训练；基于 Cross-Encoder / LLM 的 Rerank 模型训练；

### 数据驱动的算法迭代
- 与工程团队紧密协作，设计搜索评估体系，构建训练数据飞轮，通过 A/B 实验持续优化搜索效果。 Requirements
- 计算机、人工智能等相关专业本科及以上学历，2 年以上搜索/NLP/信息检索方向算法经验；
- 熟悉搜索系统全链路架构，具备召回、排序等核心环节的模型优化经验；
- 扎实的机器学习与深度学习功底，熟悉 Transformer 架构及主流大模型，具备微调、后训练与蒸馏的实操经验；
- 具备搜索数据建设与索引工程经验，熟悉倒排索引、向量索引和特征 Pipeline。
