## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责战斗体系的设计、迭代，以及规则机制、角色技能的设计与制作；
- 与程序、美术团队紧密配合，推动怪物、职业技能、地图等从玩法机制、数值设计、美术包装、实机表现的完整落地；
- 设计玩法的经济数值循环系统，确保对局内和跨局间玩家追求与平衡性、数值不膨胀溢出；
- 实时跟踪用户反馈及对战数据，针对潜在问题或风险进行合理分析，并进行及时跟进解决；
- 基于后台数据和玩家反馈，优化和迭代战斗技能设计并复盘制作标准，指导开发新内容，保持玩法的新鲜度和吸引力。 Requirements
- 具备1-2款游戏的战斗体系/数值框架设计经验，能独立完成核心机制或技能从设计到上线迭代的全流程；
- 对动作游戏的战斗平衡性与玩家博弈有深刻理解和系统的方法论沉淀；
- 热爱ARPG，熟悉头部产品玩法，具备手游研发经验，并对主机平台有一定了解；
- 具备 UE 引擎使用经验，能够直接在引擎中高效实现和验证设计方案；
- 具备优秀的团队协作与沟通能力，抗压性强，责任感突出，能清晰传达想法并推动执行；
- 关注AI技术与游戏结合的趋势，有主动思考和快速学习、适应新技术及工具的能力。
