## Job description

### 系统活动设计
- 负责海外版本游戏活动的设计，包括但不限于战斗与非战斗活动；

### 系统功能设计
- 从用户全生命周期出发，对新手、成长、成熟、流失等不同阶段，针对性地设计并落地各种的活跃调控方案；

### 体验与美学把控
- 在活动系统设计过程中，统筹关注功能逻辑、规则、数值表格设计，同时重视交互体验与视觉、听觉反馈，追求功能与体验、美感的统一；

### 数据驱动迭代
- 跟进并分析统计数据，依据数据与玩家反馈制定后续优化方案，并跟进具体开发落地；

### 活跃内容创新
- 配合策划团队进行游戏活跃内容的创新设计，提出契合海外市场的新活动设计方案。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上游戏策划经验，主导过至少1款大型游戏系统的完整设计与上线全流程者优先；
- 深入了解海外市场整体及特定地区（东南亚、日韩、欧美等）的市场特征和用户需求，有特定海外地区的洞察方法论积累者优先；
- 热爱游戏，对市面上各类游戏的系统有深入的分析和理解，有射击项目、搜打撤项目、RPG项目等相关经验者优先；
- 有一定的数据分析能力，并能通过数据及时调整需求，并能快速提升数据表现；
- 有良好的团队合作精神，较强的沟通能力，抗压能力强。
