## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责主流电商渠道的收入增长和整体运营规划。根据上新节奏、货盘规划，制定适配不同渠道的用户差异化打法。含拉新策略、促转化、会员留存策略等；
- 跟踪并分析核心销售数据指标，用数据驱动日常运营决策，反向推动货盘优化；
- 推动产研团队配合迭代产品和用户体验。 Requirements 1.3年以上电商运营经验，有内容电商运营sense，知道如何通过内容驱动流量及转化； 2.学习能力强、数据分析能力强，有一定的产研理解力，结果导向； 3.有动漫/潮玩/IP衍生品运营经验优先。
