## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 依据游戏玩法设定，设计角色概念稿，确保项目风格统一、视觉辨识度高；
- 对新生代的文化特征有敏感性，兼顾传统与流行的审美需求；
- 输出规范的设计稿（含三视图、细节标注），配合建模团队明确制作标准，确保概念设计可落地；跟进模型还原度，及时调整优化。 Requirements
- 美术功底扎实，色彩感知敏锐，具备较强的角色造型能力与创意表现力，能快速输出符合世界观的差异化设计；
- 热爱游戏行业，有丰富的游戏阅历，具备良好的沟通和团队协作能力；
- 对游戏美术流程有了解，能较好的配合模型、动作等模块。
