## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责游戏在各主流应用商店和渠道的日常运营与资源对接；
- 根据版本节奏与发行策略，规划各渠道资源位申请、首发活动、专题合作等关键动作；
- 持续跟踪并优化渠道转化数据，形成渠道级用户画像与运营策略；
- 与市场、商业化、研发紧密协作，保障渠道版本提审、资料更新与活动上线顺畅；
- 维护与渠道合作方的长期关。 Requirements
- 有资深渠道运营经验，至少完整经历过一款中大型产品在多平台上线与长期运营；
- 熟悉iOS/Android 应用商店、TapTap、WeGame、Steam 等多端规则与运营资源体系；
- 具备优秀的数据分析能力，能基于渠道数据指导合作策略与资源申请；
- 对手游+PC双端发行有实战经验者优先；
- 沟通与谈判能力强，能与渠道方建立长期互信的合作关系。
