## Job description

### 舆情洞察
- 摸排游戏用户与全网舆情环境，针对版本、活动节点搭建舆情预案与引导方案，实时处置风险，定期输出舆情分析报告；

### 用户洞察
- 结合版本内容、玩家反馈挖掘用户诉求，识别宣发机会与潜在风险，支撑产品迭代及长线运营规划；

### 口碑运营
- 负责产品口碑相关工作，基于周期内的产品舆情环境制定口碑提升策略并落地执行。 Requirements 1.1年及以上游戏社区 / 用户运营经验，洞察力强，能精准捕捉用户核心需求； 2.熟悉射击游戏市场环境、主流玩法与玩家偏好，喜爱和平精英者优先； 3.会使用主流 AI 工具，高效提取舆情有效信息；
- 舆情风险敏感度高，有各类危机处理实操经验；
- 细心负责、抗压性强，沟通协作能力良好。
