## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 高效协调办公资源规划落地，负责职场零星改造需求执行落地，按需解决职场办公及功能需求；
- 协助跟进办公职场建设及运维类工作，梳理与供应商沟通合作的重要信息流程，协调项目高效完成；
- 根据BG业务发展需求，协助行政流程建设及提效优化，合理规划行政后勤福利，运营BG特色活动，助力BG组织氛围建设。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历；
- 有1-3年行政相关工作经验，执行力强，具有良好的流程规划和规范管理意识，有活动运营策划经验者优先；
- 具有强烈责任心，良好的沟通能力、应变能力、抗压能力及合作意识，富有工作激情，学习适应新事务能力强。
