## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责公司全球工具类 App（清理、安全、系统优化、效率工具）的产品路线图与版本发布节奏，对用户增长和营收结果直接负责；
- 调研核心市场（东南亚、拉美、中东北非、欧洲及北美）的用户需求、竞争格局以及应用商店与平台政策，制定市场进入与差异化策略；
- 主导 AI 在工具类产品中的落地——定义功能、规划体验，并推动其直至上线；
- 搭建产品的度量指标体系，运用留存、转化、ARPU 等核心指标来驱动用户体验与商业化层面的决策。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，3 年以上 C 端产品经验；有工具类 App 经验者优先；
- 具备扎实的海外市场认知，拥有将产品从 0 到 1 打造或推动其度过增长期的实战经验；
- 对 AI 当前的能力边界有务实的判断——能够将 LLM、多模态及端侧模型与真实产品场景结合，并转化为可落地的方案；

### 数据敏感
- 能够独立完成从洞察到上线落地的完整闭环；
- 结果导向，能适应模糊性——快速测试、快速学习、快速迭代；

### 具备较强的跨团队影响力
- 能把复杂问题拆解成可执行的计划并推动落地。
