## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责游戏内目标与追求类系统（赛季目标、任务、成就、段位战力等方向）的设计、实现与迭代优化，从玩家动机出发搭建层次清晰的目标体系，让玩家在长线游玩中持续有追求、有反馈；
- 撰写完整的设计文档，明确系统的目标、规则、进度与反馈机制；协调研发资源，跟进开发、配置、测试与上线全流程，对系统的最终上线质量和玩家体验负责；
- 持续跟踪系统在版本内的数据表现与玩家反馈，捕捉体验痛点与结构性问题，提出并推动可验证的优化方案落地，不断提升系统对活跃与留存的贡献；
- 与运营、用研、数据等职能协同，参与团队内的设计评审与方法沉淀，保障目标系统与版本节奏、活动运营的整体一致性。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，有游戏系统策划经验；
- 熟悉 MOBA、FPS 或其他竞技游戏，对排位、段位、战力、成就及赛季系统有深入理解；
- 具备较强的系统设计能力，能够将抽象的玩家动机转化为明确的目标、规则、进度和反馈机制；
- 具备优秀的逻辑表达、文档撰写、跨团队沟通及项目推进能力；
- 热爱游戏行业，有较强学习能力，思维敏捷，喜欢有挑战性的工作，自我驱动力强。
