## Job description

### 客户服务
- 存量客户的投放服务，确保效果投放达标并尽可能的释放更多预算，尤其对于潜力客户的放量引导效果是关键指标；

### 新客开拓
- 通过个人行业资源以及代理、客户等渠道（日化美妆最佳），引入并承接新客的广告投放业务。确保新客的存活率，并筛选鉴别潜力客户扶持起量；

### 行业链路方法论沉淀
- 细分行业链路的各关键节点，熟悉客户生意链路和财务核算逻辑。对应分析总结方法论，推动重要卡点的解决效率，提升行业客户投放费用。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上互联网广告销售经验，熟悉主流的互联网广告形态，有效果类广告相关经验或日化美妆行业相关经验者优先；
- 对行业化有自身的理解和思考，懂得如何驱动客户及其他协作伙伴完成广告及生意目标；
- 积极好学，乐于思考，具备创新精神，抗压能力强；
- 具备良好的逻辑和组织协调能力，具优秀的跨团队沟通和协调、推动能力。
