## Job description

### 建立并维护《洛克王国
- 世界》 IP 全球统一的使用规范、视觉标准与世界观资料库，确保所有授权产品、宣传物料严格符合 IP 设定；
- 制定标准化的监修流程与审核标准，对授权产品的设计、生产、宣传全环节进行监修，严格把控 IP 调性，杜绝 OOC（脱离角色）问题；
- 制定全产业链分级授权策略，涵盖快消、服饰、数码及空间授权（如主题展、快闪店）等领域；
- 跟踪 IP 授权行业动态与竞品策略，分析用户消费偏好，挖掘新的授权品类与合作机会，提升 IP 商业价值；
- 与游戏研发、市场、法务、供应链等部门紧密配合，保障授权项目顺利推进，维护 IP 长期健康发展。 Requirements 1.本科及以上学历，市场营销、设计、传媒、法律相关专业优先； 2.5-8 年及以上大型 IP 管理或授权运营经验，有宝可梦、迪士尼、万代南梦宫、米哈游IP 管理经验者优先； 3.熟悉知识产权相关法律法规，具备合同审核与风险管控能力； 4.具有完整的 IP 从单一内容向全品类授权转型的实战成功案例。
