## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责腾讯自研 WorkBuddy / CodeBuddy / Miora 等智能体产品客户端与移动端 APP 的质量保障工作，覆盖 Windows / macOS / Android / iOS 及小程序多端形态，推动端侧质量体系建设；
- 负责客户端多维度测试体系的设计与持续演进，覆盖功能测试、兼容性测试、稳定性测试、专项测试与灰度验证，构建端到端自动化测试能力；
- 主导客户端性能与稳定性专项治理，聚焦内存、CPU、启动耗时、渲染卡顿、白屏、进程崩溃、耗电与包体积等核心指标，建立可量化的性能基线与发布门禁；
- 针对 AI 智能体在端侧的特性（流式输出、长会话上下文、Session 管理、沙箱执行、插件与扩展加载）设计深水区测试场景，前置暴露运行态风险；
- 建设客户端自动化测试 Infra 与质量数据看板，打通 Crash / ANR / 性能日志与线上舆情，将线上问题反哺为回归用例，推动质量左移与研发效能提升。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程或相关专业，具备 5 年以上客户端 / 移动端测试经验；
- 熟练掌握 Python 或 Java / Kotlin / Swift 之一，具备脚本开发与自动化框架落地能力；熟悉 Appium、UIAutomator、XCUITest、Playwright / Electron 自动化等主流测试框架；
- 熟悉客户端技术栈与运行原理（Electron / 跨端框架、进程与线程模型、渲染流程、内存管理），能独立完成性能剖析与崩溃定位；
- 熟练使用性能与调试工具链（Perfetto、Instruments、Chrome DevTools、Android Profiler、adb / lldb），具备 Crash / ANR 堆栈分析与根因定位能力；
- 具备良好的质量数据敏感度与业务理解力，能从测试与线上数据中提炼洞察并驱动改进；有 AI 产品、IDE 类工具或大型客户端质量保障经验者优先。
