## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责王者荣耀节点内容营销策略制定、创意策划及执行，跟进项目全周期落地，对内容质量、传播效果与口碑负责；
- 围绕不同场景与推广目标，与主流内容平台深度合作，深入洞察用户偏好与平台趋势，高效合作优质热点达人，策划兼具创意、传播度及全网影响力的内容；
- 与内外部团队高效沟通和合作，整合相关资源，探索多类型内容合作机制，打造创新内容形式，持续提升游戏内容影响力。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上游戏行业营销经验，有优质成功营销案例者优先；
- 对各大内容平台有深度理解，熟悉短视频、直播等传播形式；有出色的内容审美与创意能力，能敏感捕捉网络热点和流行趋势，熟悉各渠道的用户偏好、热门内容属性，能够将产品内容和用户需求转化成为优质内容创意；
- 具备独立项目推进能力，有良好的自我驱动能力和责任心，敢于创新和突破，能够对目标结果负责。
