## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责游戏内角色、场景及战斗特效设计与制作；
- 配合动作、场景及程序团队完成特效表现落地；
- 制定项目特效制作规范及风格标准；
- 持续探索风格化特效表现及实时效果优化方案。 Requirements
- 美术相关专业毕业，3年以上游戏特效制作经验；
- 具备优秀的节奏感、色彩感及动态表现能力；
- 熟悉Unity/UE等主流引擎特效制作流程；
- 热爱游戏，对战斗表现及视觉反馈有较强理解；
- 具备主动学习能力及良好的团队协作意识。
