## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 端到端的支撑对腾讯二方工作室的AI提效和AI赋能；
- 分析二方工作室的工作流，选择性的对工作流实施Agentic改造，并基于改造后的工作流打造最佳实践；
- 参与游戏行业智能NPC设计，实现和优化；
- 参与游戏行业DataAgent设计，实现和优化。 Requirements
- 深度理解游戏开发工作流，游戏行业从业经历5年以上，技术岗位3年以上；
- 学习能力强，学习主动性强，熟练使用AICoding，全面掌握上下文工具技术原理（skill，mcp，rag等），对上下文工程有自己的理解；
- 架构设计能力强，或者全链路沟通能力强；
- 涉猎广度优先，主程/主美/主策/制作人经历，前后端全栈经历，策划/美术经历，跨行业经历都是加分项；
- 动手能力优先，有自己的Agent作品，或搭建了个人AI工作环境优先。
