## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 定义"世界"框架体系与核心玩法循环，主导产品从0到1的完整搭建；
- 构建适配AI创造游戏的内容体系、生产组件与工具管线；
- 与技术负责人共同拆解并交付关键里程碑，对齐产品与技术的节奏；
- 组建并带领项目团队，建立高效的协作与决策机制。 Requirements
- 对AI有真信仰且日常在用，能清晰判断AI能力边界与可落地的产品化方向；
- 有使用AI创作游戏的完整作品实践（demo或已上线项目均可，欢迎附上链接）；
- 有完整0到1的游戏项目经验（独立游戏亦可），具备系统策划与经济系统设计经验，有内购/GaaS方向经验者更佳；
- 理解UGC/创作者经济生态。
