## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责游戏性能优化相关工作，分析、定位并能深入引擎底层解决性能问题；
- 负责优化版本内存，分析、定位并解决版本中的Bug、Crash等疑难问题；
- 负责建立性能监控体系，制定性能标准和制作规范，持续完善、优化工具链及工作流，提高性能优化效率；
- 关注行业技术发展，对前沿技术进行预研，评估技术方案的可行性以及落地实现。 Requirements
- 熟悉UE开发，有3年及以上游戏引擎开发/性能优化相关经验；
- 熟练使用C++，熟悉TypeScript、Lua等脚本语言，计算机相关基础扎实；
- 具备良好的沟通和学习能力，善于基于数据分析问题、解决问题，能够针对游戏特点提出优化方案；
- 积极响应和处理项目研发流程中的各种问题,开发自定义工具和插件，提升团队工作效率；
- 责任心强，对游戏新技术能保持热情与敏感；
- 有UE引擎PC、移动双端开发及引擎/性能优化经验者优先。
