## Job description

### 资源拓展
- 负责大模型数据生产领域（算法、语言、行业专业知识等）优质个人专家挖掘与渠道拓展，搭建稳定、可持续的专家资源池；

### 机制搭建
- 优化专家合作流程、采买标准与激励体系，平衡成本、专家体验与履约效率，提升专家留存与合作活跃度；

### 专家筛选管控
- 对接内部数据生产需求，负责专家资质审核、技能考核、分级评价与动态管理，保障专家质量匹配业务标准；

### 日常运营维护
- 常态化维护专家关系，响应专家诉求、解决合作问题，迭代合作模式，实现专家资源高效复用；

### 数据复盘迭代
- 输出专家运营数据报告，通过数据分析优化拓展策略与运营机制，持续提升资源供给质量与效率。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，1-3年专家运营、BD、人才拓展相关经验，有AI/大模型行业、自由职业专家资源经验优先；
- 擅长资源挖掘、沟通谈判与落地推进，能够独立完成专家筛选、面试、合作对接等全流程工作；
- 逻辑清晰，具备问题解决与流程优化能力，可应对合作突发问题，高效推进项目落地；
- 责任心、执行力、抗压能力强，服务与协同意识良好，可精准对齐业务需求；
- 了解AI数据生产流程、有专家分级评价运营经验者优先。
