## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责游戏内高等阶商业化武器概念设计；
- 负责商业化武器局内外（演绎、技能）的配套设计；
- 负责跟进外包设计内容，跟进版本内资产品质，推动设计全流程落地。 Requirements 1.5年以上专职武器设计经验，有至少一款完整项目经验； 2.精通硬表面设计逻辑，审美贴合FPS游戏主流趋势，有具备市场竞争力的高阶武器创意方案； 3.具备完备的武器知识体系，熟悉各类现代轻武器结构与改装知识；
- 热爱FPS游戏，持续关注行业动态，擅于使用AI提效；
- 具备良好的跟进落地和推动能力，沟通能力强，能与跨职能高效协作。
