## Job description

### 项目流程管理
- 为版本制定合理研发里程碑与迭代规划，全流程把控进度并监控风险，提前识别并解决卡点，确保项目如期高质量交付；

### 跨职能协调
- 对接策划、美术、程序等多职能团队，明确需求边界、拆分任务、高效解决流程中的问题，保障团队协作顺畅；

### 规范沉淀与管线建设
- 推动并优化研发流程规范化，统筹关键会议，梳理并沉淀标准开发流程、验收标准等，推动研发流程标准化、高效化；

### 风险管理
- 监控各环节进度，监控费用支出情况，提前识别延期、技术等各项风险与资源缺口，制定应对方案并推动落地，保障项目稳步推进，在风险管控中不断沉淀方法论，提升项目抗风险能力。 Requirements
- 有2年以上游戏PM经验，有一定的技术理解力，有3D项目美术管理经验者优先；
- 责任心强，主动性强，推动能力强，对交付结果负责，问题能推动到闭环；
- 擅长团队协同，跨职能协作与冲突解决能力强；
- 抗压能力强，能够应对多项目并行与临期调整计划的节奏；
- 有较强的风险意识和总结沉淀的能力；
- 对细节敏感，对内容质量有一定的审美欣赏与判断能力。
