## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责火影手游的游戏系统设计工作, 参与系统框架设计，包括不限于养成系统, 玩法系统, 系统大模块(如公会系统), 活动等；
- 负责火影手游运营节点规划，并制定节点内容及活动的安排与设计；
- 对系统与活动的最终体验和结果负责, 协调研发相关资源, 确保交互/UI, 数值, 美术表现, 功能体验等达到设计预期；
- 负责系统策划执行全流程, 包括从策划案撰写, 跟进, 落地, 测试, 验收到版本呈现及迭代优化。 Requirements
- 对市面上各类游戏的系统和运营思路有深入的分析和理解, 有长期玩各类型手游的习惯；
- 具备良好的游戏审美和创新能力；
- 参与过完整的游戏研发历程, 有核心系统设计经验；
- 熟悉二次元游戏或ACG文化，对泛二次元社区有充分了解和认知；
- 具备良好的团队合作和职业精神, 沟通能力和抗压能力。
