## Job description

### 数仓体系建设
- 负责QQ业务离线与实时数仓的规划与建设，围绕社交、功能、娱乐等核心场景，构建高可用、易扩展的数仓体系，支撑大用户规模的数据生产与消费；

### 数据模型设计
- 深入理解QQ社交链、功能使用、内容消费等业务场景，规划并设计数仓模型，并为业务等团队提供成熟数据体系及深度数据支撑，确保数据及时、稳定产出；

### 数据质量与治理
- 建立数仓开发规范与数据质量标准，推动数据治理落地实施，持续提升数据准确性与稳定性；

### 效率提升与AI能力沉淀
- 持续优化数仓模型与计算资源，利用AI能力提升整体数据研发效率。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，计算机、统计学、数学、数据科学、经济学、运筹学、信息管理等相关专业优先；
- 熟练掌握SQL和Python，能够独立完成数据清洗、特征构建、统计分析、建模验证和自动化分析脚本开发；
- 掌握Spark、Flink、Hadoop、Hive、Iceberg等大数据技术栈，理解核心原理，有大规模集群调优经验者优先；
- 学习能力强，具备良好的跨团队沟通与协同能力；
- 自驱力强、工作严谨、对数据质量高度敏感，有Owner意识，不满足于被动取数和一次性分析，追求数据价值的持续释放。
