## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 能够根据产品节点和市场策略，制定社区运营策略与目标并开展执行；
- 有社区内容规划及落地能力，熟悉FPS品类，能根据版本内容和卖点对应规划有吸引力、有网感的社区内容；
- 具备核心用户运营经验，能够与用户良好沟通，对各内容平台、社媒用户舆情敏感，有处理各类舆情问题的经验与能力；
- 关注最新的行业趋势&竞品动态，提炼总结有关社区优化建议，保持用户活跃和社区吸引力。 Requirements 1.熟悉和了解欧美市场及玩家，对FPS品类有一定认知和洞察； 2.2年以上社区运营经验，熟悉各类社区论坛运营，Discord, X, Reddit运营优先； 3.英语听说读写流畅，能够作为工作语言； 4.善于沟通，有责任心； 5.热爱FPS品类，有丰富的主机&PC游戏经验。
