## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 主导游戏3C体系的体验设计，负责角色操控手感、镜头表现等模块的方案制定与迭代；
- 与开发、美术部门协作，推动3C需求从方案到落地的完整闭环，重点把控参数调校、手感打磨与版本验收；
- 配合美术团队建立动作资产的生产规范与质量标尺，参与动作管线工具的需求梳理与流程优化。 Requirements 1.2年以上游戏策划或相关从业经验，有动作类项目3C迭代落地经验； 2.熟悉UE5引擎及工具集（角色蓝图，动画蓝图，动作状态机，Motion Matching等）； 3.深度动作游戏玩家，熟练掌握动作游戏各类3C相关设计，关注主流3A动作游戏的体验细节；
- 具备较好的动画审美，理解运动规律，对操控体验的响应和反馈有较高敏感度；
- 具备良好跨部门沟通与协作能力。
