## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责部门 Agent 整体架构设计与技术选型，推动智能问数、数据分析、广告投放及智能运营等场景落地；
- 主导核心模块研发，建设任务编排、工具调用、上下文与状态管理等通用能力，沉淀可复用组件及开发规范；
- 建立评测与运行监控机制，持续优化效果、稳定性、安全性和成本；通过架构评审与技术指导，提升团队 Agent 研发能力。 Requirements
- 开发背景，精通 Python、Go、Java 等至少一门语言，具备扎实的系统设计与工程实践能力，能够承担核心编码和疑难问题排查；
- 深入理解 Agent 核心机制，掌握模型选型、工具集成、知识检索、任务编排及人机协同等能力，能够根据业务需求进行架构取舍，不局限于框架使用；
- 具备 Agent 项目从设计、开发到上线迭代的完整经验，能够清晰说明个人贡献、架构决策及实际效果；具备良好的业务理解、跨团队协作和技术带动能力。
