## Job description

### 全局发行战略规划
- 深度理解内容型品类内核与开放世界产品特性，制定涵盖市场定位、用户获取、渠道策略的发行蓝图，并对首曝、预热到上线运营的各阶段核心指标负责；

### 市场传播执行
- 拥有当地用户洞察，并能基于用户反馈与在地洞察制定区域策略、传播创意和执行方案，合理运用市场手段扩大传播效应（包括但不限于PR/KOL/内容生态/营销事件等）；

### 跨部门项目协作
- 高效协同研运、创意、渠道、社区团队，确保产品从首曝、预热、上线到长线运营各阶段目标对齐与高效交付。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，5年以上海外发行经验，至少主导过一款大型游戏（开放世界/RPG 优先）从0到1的上线发行工作；
- 拥有日本/欧美工作生活经历、重度RPG品类/开放世界品类游戏爱好者优先；
- 优秀的抗压能力，能够在高强度工作环境中保持高效工作；
- 出色的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够与不同背景的团队成员有效合作。
