## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责视频号游戏内容运营，提升内容消费体验，推动内容消费转化游戏用户和流水，形成内容与游戏相互促进的正循环；
- 从玩家需求、平台增长、游戏经营三个视角发现机会，制定并落地内容增长策略；
- 结合玩家游戏行为和内容偏好，协同算法优化游戏内容推荐；
- 协同跨部门团队推动项目落地，并根据数据持续复盘优化。 Requirements
- 热爱游戏，也有长期消费游戏内容的习惯，熟悉主流游戏及内容生态；
- 对内容运营有热情，积极主动，能独立推进并解决问题；
- 有独立判断和开放思路，能持续发现机会、提出新方案；
- 数据敏感，具备较强的数据分析、逻辑拆解和策略判断能力。
