## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 主导AI互动影游客户端的设计与开发工作；
- 负责客户端框架与核心系统的设计搭建与优化，包括角色控制、UI框架、对话选择系统、镜头控制、音/视频资源处理等；
- 负责技术方案的选型、设计与实现 ，输出清晰的技术文档，推动系统性能的优化；
- 与产品策划、美术、内容等其他岗位同事紧密配合，确保良好的游戏体验，推动AI技术在游戏的结合与落地，支持内容的高效产出与呈现；
- 将AI技术应用于日常的开发工作中，提升项目开发的工作效率。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，2年以上游戏客户端开发经验，深度参与过一款以上游戏项目的开发；
- 熟悉Unity引擎开发，熟练使用C#/C++或Lua语言，熟悉常用的数据结构、算法，具备客户端性能优化能力；
- 熟悉AI Agent的核心设计范式，有AI Agent的开发和实际落地工作经验，能独立完成从策略设计到效果验证的闭环；
- 深入理解Unity引擎架构，熟悉UI系统、资源管理、序列化、动画系统、镜头控制及音频视频播放流程；
- 热爱游戏，责任心强，具备良好的问题分析与解决能力，能适应快速迭代的开发节奏。
