## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责WorkBuddy移动端（iOS/Android/小程序）的产品战略与整体规划，定义产品定位、目标用户与演进路线；
- 主导移动端关键功能与核心体验的设计，将桌面端能力延伸至移动场景，打造差异化的智能体产品体验；
- 深入洞察用户需求与行业趋势，依托数据分析和用户研究驱动产品迭代，持续提升用户规模、留存与活跃；
- 制定移动端商业化与用户增长策略，协同运营、市场团队推动增长目标与商业化收入达成；
- 统筹跨端产品协同，与PC端、云端及AI Agent团队紧密协作，保障多端体验一致与能力复用；
- 主导产品从需求定义到上线的全流程管理，协调设计、研发、测试、运营资源，对产品结果负责；
- 建设与带教产品团队，沉淀产品方法论与决策机制，提升团队整体产品能力。 Requirements 1.8年以上产品经理经验，5年以上移动端产品负责人经验，主导过千万级乃至亿级用户产品的完整生命周期； 2.有从0到1搭建移动端产品并实现规模化增长的成功案例，对C端增长、留存与商业化有系统方法论； 3.对AI智能体/AIGC产品有深刻理解与实战经验，能将AI能力转化为有竞争力的产品体验者优先； 4.具备出色的商业思维与数据敏感度，能从业务全局制定产品战略，用数据驱动关键决策； 5.具备较强的跨团队领导力与推动力，能统筹多方资源、带领团队达成有挑战的目标； 6.在同等条件下，通过腾讯云认证或取得同等资格认证的候选人，我们会优先考虑。
